"Le Pantalon" is the leading Russian specialty retailer of women's and men's apparel, lingerie and personal care products carrying a collection of brands that include Dolce & Gabbana, Gianfranco Ferre, Masquenada, Emporio Armani, Happy People, 68, O’lingerie, NoRomeo, Daniel Hechter, Christian Cane, Luna di Giorno, Vivis and more.
"Le Pantalon" is an established retail chain with presence in primary Central and Southern Russian markets including Volgograd, Sochi (Olympic City 2014), Saratov and Ekaterinburg.
Each of "Le Pantalon" retail locations is over 50 sq m in area and it typically operates as a stand-alone concept store in a busy urban shopping area, or as a part of the centrally located shopping center.
Store Concept
In its effort to accommodate their diverse target demographics "Le Pantalon" chose not to use either the overly exuberant decor or a hard-to-navigate stuffy layout, so often present with many Russian retailers in the same product category. Instead the company developed and utilizes a unique custom approach to the organization of each shopping area, customer navigation flow and the buying process. Modern retail equipment, convenient fitting rooms with complementing lighting and well-trained friendly staff offer all customers a pleasant shopping experience.
